4. File Sharing & Design Data

• Direct ZIP upload through the J3DB website submission form
• Secure third-party cloud storage links (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, WeTransfer)
• Model marketplace links (e.g. Thingiverse, Printables, MakerWorld)
Submitted files are used solely for:
• Reviewing project feasibility
• Preparing quotations
• Design refinement (where applicable)
• Manufacturing and order fulfilment
Once received or downloaded, files may be stored securely within J3DB’s internal project storage systems for the duration of the active project.
Files are not publicly shared, distributed, or disclosed to unrelated third parties without your permission.
If files are shared via third-party cloud platforms, those files remain subject to the privacy policies and security practices of those providers. J3DB does not control or guarantee the security of external hosting platforms.
Cloud or transfer links should remain accessible during the project review and quotation stage.
Following project completion, files may be archived or securely deleted in accordance with internal data retention practices.
If we wish to feature a completed project in our portfolio or showcase, we will not disclose personal information and may request permission where appropriate.
