J3DB provides custom 3D printing and design services.

 

All items are made-to-order and produced after payment is received.

Shipping timelines depend on the scope of the project, design requirements, and production time.

2. Production Timeline

 

Shipping time consists of two parts:

​

1. Production Time – Design, prototyping (if required), printing, and post-processing.

2. Delivery Time – Courier transit time after dispatch.

 

Production does not begin until:

​

• Payment (or required deposit) has been received, and

• Full delivery details have been provided.

 

Estimated lead times are discussed during quoting and may vary depending on complexity and workload.

3. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are included in your quote and invoice based on:

​

• Postcode area provided during enquiry

• Estimated parcel size and weight

 

If delivery details differ significantly from the original estimate, shipping costs may be adjusted before dispatch.

4. Dispatch & Couriers

 

Items are shipped using reputable UK courier services.

Once dispatched:

​

• You may receive confirmation of shipment.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

J3DB is not responsible for courier delays once a parcel has been handed over to the delivery provider.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

 

If a parcel appears lost in transit:

​

• Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

• We will liaise with the courier to investigate.

 

If damage occurs during transit:

​

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide clear photos of the packaging and item.

 

Resolutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Delivery Responsibility

 

Customers are responsible for:

​

• Providing accurate delivery details

• Ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel where required

 

J3DB is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect delivery information.

Responsibility for the item transfers to the customer once delivery is confirmed by the courier.

​

7. Collection (If Offered)

 

If local collection is agreed:

​

• Collection details will be provided directly.

• Items must be collected within a reasonable timeframe.

​

8. International Shipping

 

At this stage, J3DB primarily ships within the UK.

​

If international shipping is arranged:

​

• Additional charges, customs duties, or import taxes may apply.

• These are the responsibility of the customer.
