  • Preparing quotations

  • Manufacturing and fulfilment

Once received or downloaded, files may be stored securely within J3DB’s internal project storage systems for the duration of the active project.

Files are not publicly shared, distributed, or disclosed to unrelated third parties without your permission.

If you provide files via third-party cloud platforms, those files are also subject to the privacy policies and security practices of those providers. J3DB does not control or guarantee the security of external hosting platforms.

Cloud or transfer links must remain accessible for the duration of the project review and quotation stage.

Following project completion, files may be archived or securely deleted in accordance with internal data retention practices.

If we wish to feature a completed project in our portfolio or showcase, we will not disclose personal information and may seek permission where appropriate.
